Worker At Area Daycare Center Accused Of Injuring Child

A 60-year-old worker was arrested on a warrant for allegedly injuring a child at a local daycare center last month.

Tammy Gosney of Milford was charged with risk of an injury to a child for allegedly grabbing a child by the wrist and yanking them up from the ground, causing an injury to the child’s elbow on June 27, said the Milford Police Department.

Gosney, who was employed at the Good Child Daycare during the incident, has since been fired, police said.

She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 28.
